Jennifer, the sister of Mirembe Cottage resident Sharon, lived with her mother in the Masese slum when her father died. The mother left Masese with Jennifer to live in her previous village of Mukono. The mother abandoned Jennifer leaving her with an elder brother who could not care for her. Jennifer was forced to beg on streets for food. In December of 2015, Director Daniel visited Masese to visit Jennifer and her mother and learned of their relocation. With Jennifer’s abandoned condition, Director Daniel took in Jennifer to save her life. Please pray for Jennifer as she adjusts under the care of the Sonrise family.
