Local authorities contacted Sonrise to help with an abandoned and staring young girl, Valentina. Her parents are infected with HIV and mentally ill. She and her younger brother were taken in by their uncle, but he had no money to care for them. This is all we know at this time. Praise God Mirembe Cottage was able to take her in.
