Robert was born via C-section, but tragically, his mother passed away during the surgery and never had the chance to hold her precious baby boy. His father, struggling with extreme poverty and without family support—having been orphaned himself—was unable to care for Robert on his own. With nowhere else to turn, he brought Robert to the Sonrise Baby Home, where he was lovingly welcomed. In early 2020, Robert transitioned to the Sonrise Children’s Home.
Today, Robert is full of energy and joy! One of his favorite moments is leading the prayer before meals—he closes his eyes tightly and sings the blessing with all his heart. After school, you’ll often find him running and playing with the other children, filling the home with laughter. His playful, spirited presence is a blessing to us all.
