Juliana S
Born July 2019
Juliana faced early hardship when her mother abandoned her, leaving her in the care of her father, a boda boda rider. His demanding job transporting passengers left him little time to care for Juliana, so he entrusted her to neighbors.
Sadly, these neighbors neglected her well-being. Making a living by selling alcohol, they exposed Juliana to a dangerous environment, even giving her alcohol to drink, which put her life at grave risk.
Thankfully, the local authorities stepped in, rescuing Juliana from this harmful situation. She was brought to Sonrise Baby Home, where she received essential medical treatment and nurturing care.
Now, Juliana is a healthy, thriving young girl, growing stronger in a safe and loving environment of the Mirembe Cottage for Girls where she moved in 2022.
We invite you to partner with Juliana by supporting her housing, meals, education, and general care to ensure she continues to flourish.are to help her continue to grow and thrive.
