Born 2015
Zion was born December 2015, and at just two weeks old, she was brought to Sonrise Baby Home. Her mother, struggling with severe mental health challenges due to advanced HIV/AIDS, was unable to care for her. At the Baby Home, Zion thrived, growing healthy and strong. E ven at a young age, she showed a nurturing spirit, lovingly caring for her younger "sisters" at the home.
In 2019, Zion transitioned to Mirembe Cottage for Girls, where she gained older "sisters" who provided her with love and support. At Mirembe, Zion’s vibrant personality shone through. She developed a passion for dancing and found joy in reciting Bible verses. Her favorite songs, I Will No More Suffer and No Turning, reflect her resilient and hopeful spirit.
